Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
For use with our Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Mix- Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a 9"x5" loaf pan.
- Pour 9 tablespoons (128g) of non-dairy milk into a large mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas into the same bowl using a fork.
- Add 1/3 cup (78g) of vegetable oil, then whisk to combine.
- Add the entire jar of banana bread mix to the bowl, and fold to combine the wet and dry ingredients. Batter will be lumpy!
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf should come out moist, but not coated in wet batter.
- Enjoy! For more decadence, try topping the banana bread with your favorite glaze or frosting.
